The Garden of Vegan offers Chef Tra's freshly made meals with premium ingredients and superb seasonings. Highly recommended are the Cincinnati Vegetarian Chili and Apple Dijon Kale Salad. The vegetarian chili is a satisfying alternative to beef chili, with tantalizing spices. The Apple Dijon Kale Salad is a delightful mix of kale, apples, walnuts, and raisins with a tasty dressing. Customers praise the ample and appetizing portions, as well as the meticulous meal packaging and creative custom foods offered by Chef Tra. The Vegan Monte Cristo with 'joos' for dipping on the side has become a customer favorite. The restaurant also offers lentil loaf, jambalaya, and sweet potato soufflé. While it is a virtual kitchen, the owner and chef are very friendly, and the overall price is reasonable.
