When we moved here, we were scared to have to come to this chipotle as the reviews were so negative; however, we’ve found the employees to always be very kind. Carter specifically is very helpful as she always fixes the register when it spazzes out!

Ordered pick up. They did not even mash the guacamole together. I had one chunk of not ripe avocado slice and that was the entire portion for guacamole. I would suggest not ordering through the app or go in person to make sure you get the right portions and that it looks good
Dude making my bowl always has terrible customer service. You never know how much protein you'll get. Add-ons are overpriced

However, in the evening, the service and food quality decline, with limited menu options and minimal portion sizes. The parking lot can also be crowded due to the drive-thru.
The food is delicious, and the workers are friendly. The person at the pick-up counter is very nice, and the manager is helpful and friendly. The food is great, and the portions are large. Highly recommend for catering and takeout.
