My pepperoni magnifico was sub par, looked like somebody threw some pepperoni on there angrily and sent it through the oven. I understand you're busy but that's no excuse. Every pepperoni should have been perfectly placed to look like the picture. Disappointed
Got my pizza, but was told by the delivery driver that he didn't have my drinks. I asked if I would get my drinks and was simply told he would notify the store. I called the store. He didn't tell them. The store offered to let me drive to them to pick them up, or they would credit me for the drinks (but not my pre-paid tip and nothing for my inconvenience). That's the last time I tip before receiving my order.

I understand people call out. But honestly, I ordered my pizza 2 hours prior to the needed delivery time. When I received the notice that it was picked up they provided a delivery of over an hour then when I requested it. None of this was stated on in their emails.
