Shout out to the crew working the evening of 9/29/23. Superior customer service...kind, helpful and caring. Food came out quickly and was fresh. Backstory is I was home waiting on out of town visitors whose arrival time getting pushed back. So I ended up doing a close to closing online curbside order. I went through the drive through at the McDonald's in Richmond Hill on Thursday evening, September 14th. My grandson had been helping me with things around my house and he wanted to stop at McDonald's on our way to his house. There are 2 drive through lanes but only 1 was open. The line was very long and our wait time was almost 20 minutes. Why are there 2 drive through lanes but only 1 is being used? Finally able to order our meals and be on own way.
