I went in there and there was a young man I believe his name is Shawn Hopkins, He was very polite and very passionate about making sandwiches and making g sure the customer is very happy! I’m pleased with the food and customer service !
Ordered through the app ahead of time to be able to pick it up on the way home from work to have for dinner for the hubby and I. But was saddened at how little of everything that we were supposed to get in our subs. Barely any lettuce or meat. Didn't get the bacon as I ordered for one of the subs. For the price we paid, we could have gotten more out of a Publix sub. Not enough help at this location. Waited 20 min to even be asked for my order as there was only one employee making subs. He had to make 4 subs, then 3 delivery orders before taking the 3 people in line. Smh! 2 people are needed to help customers at most locations.
