I give a 3 star because the apple pies and fries are always good and the staff are always pleasant and helpful each time I visit. Giving up on the tenders and nuggets as they are way over breaded and not cooked very well all the time. Not big on complaining so I usually just cook in air fryer at home if this happens. Again the staff are courteous and the establishment is clean.
This is my family's 2nd experience since the reopening. Oddly the guy that was on the fryer went above & beyond to be courteous & helpful. Our chicken was fully fried this time too!!! Whoever the young lady was on the register Lord help us, her customer service was horrible. We paid for a family meal & a chicken sandwich meal. We stopped here for a quick bit to eat and was very disappointed. First the food was very good but the service was awful. Most of the staff couldn’t bother trying to be kind besides one worker who seemed they didn’t know much. Then the drink station didn’t even work, you could only get about 3 different types of drinks the tasted somewhat okay. Over all it’s definitely a Popeyes i will not return to.
