My girlfriend and I come here 3-4 times a week, typically in the drive-thru. We have never ever had an issue and we love coming here!! Today we went inside the store because the line was wrapped around the building. I will start by saying the manager at the register taking our order was clearly not in the mood to speak to the public nor his employees. I come here often and haven’t really had a bad experience. My orders are usually prepared correctly (or fixed without an issue) in a timely manner. Customer service is good and the women who work here are friendly. The drive through can move slowly but can be easily mitigated by placing a mobile order in advance for in-store pickup.
