Every Friday I treat the kids (and myself) to Starbucks before school. Yesterday we grabbed our usuals but my son dropped his all in my car before even leaving the parking lot. We took many trips inside grabbing paper towels to clean the spill. On one trip in, the baristas handed my son a fresh drink with a note “accidents happen ❤️” on the cup. Completely turned our morning back around. Thank you for being so kind and bringing a smile back to my sad kiddos face. Our Fridays...

There is a very sweet woman who works here who handed us cute little stickers with each of our coffee orders. She also gave us a free caramel ribbon crunch tonight. She said you just never know if somebody is having a rough day.

Wanted to give Nikki, Marcus, & Liam a shoutout. I got there not long before closing with lots of questions. They were patient and went out of their way to help me. I appreciate the information and service they provided. The pleasant and welcoming spirit I was met with really helped to make an awful day better.
