Last two visits we’ve gotten horrible service with the last server barely speaking English. No wonder our order wasn’t right.
Great owner and staff, they are super friendly and we had such a delicious and delightful experience for dinner. we highly recommend it if you are in Rockmart and wanting excellent Mexican food and a great staff!!
We had the Texas fajitas, chicken and steak nachos. They didn't disappoint.

El Coyote is a great Mexican restaurant known for its delicious food and friendly atmosphere. The portions are generous and the drinks are generous, with attentive service. The restaurant offers freshly prepared meals at reasonable prices. Customers appreciate the similarity of the restaurant to El Nopal, with former staff members now working at El Coyote. The tortillas tasted just like fresh ones eaten in Mexico. The burria Burritos were fantastic and the shrimp taco was loved. The street corn was also delicious. El Coyote is a favorite with the locals in Rockmart. It's a great Tex-Mex place, with thin & crispy chips and salsa that has great flavor. They know how to season their food properly, everything was delicious. The Sopes were fantastic, and the Coyote Burrito is huge. The fajitas are the best ever had. The food is always fresh and delicious, the people are friendly, and the service is top-notch. German has always run a quality place and it shows here. The restaurant is big, spotless, and welcoming. Trivia on Wednesdays is a blast, and Bingo on Mondays keeps everyone smiling. The inflatables for the kids and the live music make it a perfect spot for the whole family. The food is always fantastic, the staff is awesome, friendly, and accommodating.
