I placed an order in the app and when I was eating the very dry and hard biscuit, I felt something weird in my throat. I then pulled a 23 inch hair out of my literal throat. The hashbrowns were also grease-soaked and sloppy. Called the location and was informed we MUST return to the location and wait in the drive through line again if we want a refund.
