Went to Jersey Mike’s Rome Ga. super busy, but everyone was cool, efficient and friendly. Gave my order and the lady in front of me was taking FOREVER customizing two sandwiches. I sat to the side and waited. My 2 Phillies were done super fast, young guy came around the counter to hand them to me personally.

We tried Jersey Mike's for the first time and had a great experience. The staff was really friendly and patient, helping us through the menu and making sure we understood our options.
