Whoever manages this store does a fantastic job. They’re always professional, efficient, they never forget my sauces, and always get my order correct; which, now has really become a foreign thing in fast food.
I had a great experience at this Arby’s drive-thru. Brandon was very professional, friendly, and welcoming from start to finish. A lot of fast-food drive-thru interactions can feel very matter-of-fact, but Brandon was upbeat, pleasant, and made the experience feel more personal.
