Watch out when you use your phone to pay. I left a cash tip and another $8 tip was added to my bill. Server received a $13 tip on a $24 bill. That’s theft. I have disputed it with my bank but I had zero proof since I didn’t get a receipt.
That’s lame.
The food was excellent. The service was outstanding. Steven our waiter did a fantastic job.
I really hate to do this- because I absolutely love Brookwood Grille, but today was horrible. I work locally and love picking up lunch. Typically it’s never a long wait and the service is phenomenal. Not today. The to-go server was wonderful on the phone, but the wait for the food was unacceptable. I no longer can patronize this restaurant during my lunch break- as they are not fully or appropriately staffed for lunch. Sad. And after an almost hour wait- I was still expected...read full review
