I ate lunch at the Roswell location today. The food is delicious, and the service is great.

We eat at Cocina Sofia 3 most of the time, but we decided to stop into #1. The kids prefer Cocina #3 which is a restaurant vs this location inside of a market. For me it felt classic and authentic. The food is the star here perfect beans just the right seasoning. Tacos are fire!!! Huevos Rancheros super good
