Walked in around 8:30 on a Friday night, restaurant was dead and empty. They told us a 10-15 minute wait. We waited over 20 minutes and still didn’t get seated. Completely ridiculous. Appears to be ran by a bunch of teenagers that don’t want to work.“

If you've been here before, you already know how the service is--servers running around like crazy, but they're super attentive. Here's the breakdown: * #1 Pho Combo - 6/10 The broth was kinda bland that night. Usually, it hits, but this time? Meh. * Grilled Pork Plate - 9/10 Perfectly seasoned and grilled just right. Pair it with the pickled carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, and fish sauce? Absolute fire. * Combo Banh Mi - 6/10 Ehh, it was just okay. Kid-friendliness: When I came to pick up my take-out order, I brought my two young children in with me. The people running the place looked to be the owners. Quite sure it's an authentic family run place. There was a little boy behind the front counter playing with Easter eggs and eating his chocolate. When he saw my kids, without hesitation, he gave both of my kids and Easter egg with chocolate inside. If that's not kid friendly, I don't know what is....“

I ordered two days in advance a special order for 12 bowls of breads for my Father’s Day dinner, and they called me two minutes before the pick-up time to let me know that they only had six of them. I tried to figure out what to do, and then I called Panera back, and the phone rang off for about 20 minutes, and when finally, someone answered that said that my order was canceled. Terrible customer service, zero Customer engagement!“
