“What a gem. I've lived in Sandy Springs for years and cannot believe I've never been here! I stumbled upon this permanent taco truck by chance and will certainly return frequently. Delicious street tacos for extremely reasonable prices. They've got outdoor seating or you can take to go. 10/10 recommend.“

“Very cute! Everyone was kind which is rare for Atlanta. Izzy was AMAZING! She was the perfect waitress, even though she was serving several tables. When I come back, I hope she’s available.

Parking: Very limited parking. I paid $10 to valet and there was a line to park (on a major street). Arrive early, prior to the reservation time.“

“The experience ended up being amazing, even though it started off a little rough. Brian (I believe that was his name) walked past me three times without acknowledging me at all. I had to speak to him first, and when I asked about being seated outside with the heaters on, he said “let me check” and never came back.

Thankfully, Alexia came over, greeted me properly, and apologized for the wait. It was a bit chilly outside, but she made sure the heater was on, and then Andy brought over a personal heater to make sure I was comfortable.

Taly was simply amazing and so pleasant. She checked on me consistently and made sure everything was okay.

Overall, the service from Alexia, Andy, and Taly was a 10/10.“

“I absolutely LOVE this place!! Today was my 2nd time here and again it did not disappoint! The service is excellent! Melina was amazing! Such a great, fun personality! And she gave excellent recommendations for the food and drinks! We even told her to surprise us with our last drink order and she made the most delicious drinks!
The food is very fresh and so good! This time we had the La Sirena and the Mexican corn. Both were so delish! And the 3 salsas they gave us to have with our tacos was so yummy too! Even the water was good and refreshing! Cucumbers and lime in it which was so refreshing 😋 We sat on the patio which was a nice view of the surrounding area. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone“

“The new Three Buddies has the most amazing menu. While the walk in situation was giving fast food energy, once I stepped inside the establishment it was giving upscale fast food with a fine dining cuisine twist. The food was so amazing I could hardly keep my composure. I just wanted to do the happy dance like I was in grade school or something. Everything was truly a delight“

Their team was very easy to communicate with, and they offer a third party delivery service so we were able to have our food delivered/set up at our venue stress free! Our rehearsal dinner was at a local brewery, so their delicious tacos were perfect fit for the event. We had SO many compliments from our guests about how amazing the food was-- the food was very fresh and tasty and such a beautiful display! “While one of many entrants in the hipster taco place pantheon the Velvet Taco has truly put together some interesting taco flavors and combinations. From meat, to fish, to chicken they were all tasty, unique and fresh. Service was exceptionally pleasant and the menu, overall, is constructed in an easy and user friendly way. Getting in and out isn't bad either. So, if you need a taco fix, definitely consider trying The Velvet Taco. You won't be disappointed.“

I speak enough Spanish to order and converse but if you know how to say onion in English, you know the basics. I prefer to speak English but if my client is speaking the most popular language in the world and here in Atlanta, I'm going to speak it. “Today was our first time eating at Willie’s. We ate at the location on Woodward Parkway in Alpharetta, Georgia. It was very good. We both got the taco salad with ground beef and it was just it was so good. It was so very good. We both got guacamole on top of our taco salad. I wish we had gotten a separate order of guacamole because it was good. It was all very good. The managers name was Charlie. He was just a very nice man, a good manager, the people that work there seem to be very happy with their jobs, which I believe is important to the success of the restaurant. We are about 40 miles from our home so I’m not sure we will ever make it back here, but I’m going to look for a closer location because the food is just that good.“
