Honestly the best cleanse I’ve ever done. I’ve tried other cleanse, like Arden’s Garden. No hate towards them, but AG’s is pretty much acidic fruits, which can be harsh on the stomach (esp. for someone like me who deals with acid issues). Anyhow, Raw Experience juices vary in ingredients. I’ve done both the 3 day & 1 day. Both have allowed me gently cleanse my body & the variety of the 6 juices keeps it exciting.
