Baobab Lounge, located in the JW Marriott of Savannah, offers a captivating African museum atmosphere with excellent hospitality. The food and drinks are excellent, with standout dishes including Maafe, Hand Pies, West African Wings, Lamb Kebabs, and tamarin martini. The Savannah Dusk drink is a must-try. The service and ambiance make it a destination not to be missed. This cool South African bar has a fun atmosphere with intriguing artwork, artifacts, and animals. While vegetarian options are limited, the menu features many South African favorites. The unique handcrafted cocktails, especially the smoked libations, are the stars. Service can be slow due to being understaffed, but the staff works hard to impress.
