1.please trained your staff
2. inform your management staff that they should try to gain loyal customers and try at every turn to please the customer. I don't fell that the customer is always right, however. as a member of management they should try to gain a good customer base not gain enemies... I'm extremely not happy with this Captain D's and will drive and extra 8 miles to visit a different Captain D's.
food was excellent I highly recommend plus thr drive-thru in and out
