My wife and I enjoyed our experience thoroughly! The food is so delicious, I ordered the sichuan beef noodle soup and some steamed pork dumplings and they were stellar. I am so excited to find a restaurant that serves high quality legit Chinese food. I plan on being a frequent customer of E-Tang.
