My husband and I really like Firehouse subs and order them frequently. But this location has persistent and ongoing problems with staff. They all seem to be under-trained, unmotivated and poorly managed. Today I tried to order a sandwich on the app, to reduce the amount of time it would take, because I had my dog with me in the car and couldn't leave him for long, since it was a warm day. They stopped taking our order to listen to a story their coworkers was telling. There were 8 workers behind the counter and it took them 20 minutes to make 3 sandwiches. There was no one else in line waiting for food.

This is the worst run store I’ve ever been in. They are out of everything, the store looks awful and run down, boxes and trash everywhere and the floors look like they haven’t been cleaned in days. And when I came in to get 3 sandwiches, there were only 2 people ahead of me and took 25 mins. Ridiculous!! Definitely needs management (apparently she’s on maternity leave, so I guess the store is running itself!)
