I love this restaurant. We eat here regularly. Last night, they made a significant mistake in our order. The owner got on the phone, and within 45 minutes they traveled some distance (they do not deliver, mind you) to deliver a new meal to us. I thought this was well above the call of duty, and think this amazingly high standard of service needs to be publicized. I wish more restaurants were like these folks.
For the most part, it was a good/average dinner. My husband and I ate here with our 2 sons ages 14 and 5…. Our 14 year old loves sushi and Japanese food- our 5 year old is a more “picky” eater. We arrived on a Tuesday night around 7pm, were able to seat ourselves since it was not crowded (only like 4 other tables were occupied). Unfortunately the last to go order I got was missing all the soups and salads, when I called the waitress said I didn't order them so that's why they weren't there (But they were part of the meal combos I ordered) so the manager got on the phone and apologized.
