Been going here for the past 4+ years, and I’ve not been disappointed. Their service for dine in, or take out is really good.Good options are plentiful, but it’s cooked well and spiced appropriately. Good Margaritas as well. Salsa is on point too (which is a challenge for places).Vegetarian options: Good and multiple vegetarian options.

Been eating at Cilantro’s since they opened on Wilmington Island. Can’t say enough about this restaurant and their staff!! They are a part of our extended family! I’ve had to make some drastic changes to my diet that would keep me from eating most of the foods here. Marelyn the manager put together an amazing meal for me that not only fit my new diet, but was amazing!! Thank you Marelyn and staff!!!
