I had the most wonderful customer service experience this evening with Ms. Keisha at the check-out line. She went out of her way to assist me and I am grateful. Her customer service is outstanding. She took initiative when it was least expected. Without her help, Kroger would have lost my sale, but she stepped up and made it happen. Keisha’s leadership and customer mindfulness is a shining example of a level all should strive for.
I highly recommend grocery shopping here!
I like the grocery store, but the pharmacy is absolutely awful!
Just finished shopping at Kroger on Diamond Causeway and went to check out. I was told they couldn't accept $3 in quarters even though I had cash for the rest of my purchase. I stood there for 5 minutes or more while they were trying to get the rest of my money back all while saying out loud in front of people that I couldn't afford what I was buying. Um... Yes I could, they just didn't want to take the change I had. So I had to go over to self check out and do it myself. Total...read full review
