Lizzy's Burger Bar & Grill Reviews
Harry is a great bartender!
While my husband and I were in Savannah this week we had the pleasure of enjoying beers, apps, and supper at Lizzy's. The beers were cold, the food was really good and our bartenders/servers Candace and Kayla were outstanding! They took great care of us while we were there and let us stay past their 9:00 PM closing time to finish watching the UNC/Louisville men's basketball game. (GO HEELS!) We really enjoyed ourselves and we be back when in Savannah again. Thanks Candace and...read full review
Solid burgers and homemade milkshakes. Our server Harry was very nice!
Lizzy's Burger Bar & Grill offers a variety of tasty burgers, including the OG Burger and Cowboy Burger, which although overcooked, still pleased the palate. The Bar-None smash burger is a highlight, with four types of cheese on four patties cooked to perfection. Sides like sweet potato fries and onion rings are also available, with some reviewers commenting that the onion rings are among the best they've ever had. The HONEY SRIRACHA WINGS are a must-try, with a perfect balance of spicy, sweet, tangy, and crispy. The restaurant also serves a breakfast burger and a kid burger sliders, which have received positive feedback. The interior is cozy and inviting, creating a friendly, relaxed atmosphere suitable for families, and the atmosphere is fun and relaxed. The staff, including the pleasant waitress and attentive servers, provide great service, with some reviews mentioning staff members who made guests feel welcomed and added warmth to their experience. Food arrives quickly, and the menu offers options like crab dip, Swiss burger, fish tacos, California quesadilla, Fried Pickles, Chips, Queso, and Salsa. Despite some minor issues with cold soggy French fries and draft beer, Lizzy's remains a favorite spot for many. Its convenient location near River Street Marketplace makes it easy to visit during city explorations, and visitors often plan to return, especially to try items like milkshakes that they couldn't fit in on their first visit.
