placed at order at 4:52pm this evening. was finally delivered at 9pm and it's cold, not warm, COLD.
we won't be ordering from here anymore and my husband will be calling for a refund because this is awful.
HORRIBLE customer service!!! Placed an order online. Told the wait will be 2 hours after placing the order and charging my credit card. I could not wait that long. CANNOT cancel the order online! I tried calling 3 times and selected following up with an existing order and was hung up on all 3 times. Then called and selected to speak with a manager, then hung up on again. The Jalapeno poppers are just a blob of bread and slice of pepper, NOT A SINGLE BIT OF CHEESE!
