We decided to visit Savannah as a getaway and discovered Tricks BBQ. We traveled from NC home of some good BBQ but honestly it’s become too commercialized and not good. I’m a Chef by trade and have my own food truck who loves to smoke meats. You guys have re-inspired my love for the smoke. The food was super tasty and the smoke was up front in the flavor.
