“The nicest, most amazing resort I’ve ever been to. The staff was very professional and courteous. Just an outstanding trip. Blew my expectations out of the water! Only thing I regret is not staying longer!”

“While staying at The Cloister resort Sea Island, we had dinner at Tavola. To start with, the bread served to our table was delicious. We followed the bread with a shared Caesar salad which was very good. The best part of the meal was the entrees. My wife had the chicken picatta which was deleicious. I had the veal picatta & it the best veal dish I have ever had. The veal was tender & had great flavor. The toppings were equally outstanding. The portion was ample, but I has to finish it because it was so good! Great meal.”

“Perfect option to gather with friends. Many options of fresh sushi/sashimi that were truly bite sized! . The beef skewers were flavorful and medium rare. Staff were friendly and engaging and responded seamlessly to special requests. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. This is the room for those who prefer business casual.”

“The gumbo is a must. The bread and biscuits are very good as well. The service, while often slow, was good as well. You have the best views and it is perfectly warm and breezy.”

“You must go to Georgia Sea Grill if you're on St. Simon Island! The food is farm-to-table, the meal recipes are unique, and the customer service was phenomenal! I ordered market flounder with one of the side combos and the food was excellent. They even gave me a free dessert and card for my birthday. Shoutout to Landon and the entire staff!”

“We tried the bacon quiche. The eggs were like silk and the layers of bacon - layers not crumbles - delicious!We tried the sugar brioche donuts. This is my new personal fav! We tried the chocolate donut. WOW, the chocolate was so good. It wasn't like a cheap syrup smeared on top but a rich and pure chocolate.The Cathead Biscuit - OMG, with a sausage patty. “We visited Halyards during a recent family trip and can’t wait to come back. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the food and drinks were superb! “I was passing through town when my truck broke down. I decided to hang out on St. Simon’s Island until my truck could be fixed on Monday. The entire staff was wonderful. Ethan, the Bartender, served me mainly and made me feel welcomed right from the start. He even hung out with me about an hour or so after his shift. Tyler took over Ethan. He continued in the same friendly way Ethan had. In Monday, Tyler went above and beyond and drove me from the island to where my truck was being repaired. Thank you all so much for making my time on the island a great memory. Can’t wait to come back and visit you all again.”

“Fiddlers is one of the best restaurants on St. Simons Island! I've been on numerous occasions and everything from the shrimp and grits to fried fish is ALWAYS on point! The desserts are also delicious, if there's any left! All the staff from the hostess to waiters have excellent customer service skills, especially Reese who makes us feel like family every time!”

“There is nothing to be improved on here. Everything was delicious. Every course was wonderful. I had drinks, appetizers, main course, and dessert and was not disappointed. This is a place I will definitely make a point to visit again. Attentive, friendly, and knowledgable service. Every question I had about the menu and drink selections were immediately answered by my server/bartender Mike. This was my favorite experience in this area to date.”

“Food was good/solid. Nothing to write home about. Cole slaw did not seem homemade & lacked in taste. Brussel sprouts were fantastic, not sure worth the price for an up charge due to the small amount. Seating is tight.”

“The Nest is a small, intimate space with many cool features. There is a real turntable with actual albums setting a great mood. The food is fresh, delicious and they serve plates, out-of-the-box, that I never would have thought of putting together but were outstanding.”

“Four old guys on a golf trip enjoyed a delicious dinner at Tramici. The lasagna rollatini was excellent. The sauce was not too heavy or acidic. Out waitress, Tia, was fabulous! Recommended!”

“Stopped by while having my morning adventure, and got a dirty oat chai with raspberry. It was light and spicy, the raspberry gave it almost an amaretto vibe; it was excellent. The vibes in the village were immaculate that time of morning, and they didn't even mind while I jammed outside on their patio! I will definitely be returning.”

“We were able to get a seat immediately. Our server was pleasant. I ordered the shrimp and grits, dirty rice, and turnips which was delicious. My friend ordered the country fried steak, red beans and rice, and squash casserole. He said the steak was kind of salty, but everything else was good. I would recommend and visit again when in the area.”

“Such a treat to live so close to A Moveable Feast. It’s our favorite place in town! The salads are both crisp and juicy, the sandwiches melt before your eyes and the desserts simply dangerously delicious! I love the way Tanya was so thoughtful in choosing the name for her restaurant. I have no doubt Hemingway would have fallen for the many feasts available on the daily menu just as I did. The soup of the day is always a healthy surprise to look forward to; the prices are reasonable and the montly art exibit is another thoughtful touch. Don’t miss this place if you long for homemade delights!”

This is one of the very few remaining restaurants that can still boast the trifecta of exceptional service, delicious food, and prices that are in appropriate relation to the quality of food.We also usually have our toddler with us, and the staff go above and beyond to accommodate families with young children. “I recently visited the Pantry in Jekyll Island, and had a delightful experience. The bacon egg and cheese croissant was delicious, and the service was excellent. The charming adjacent store provided a pleasant distraction as we waited for our food. Overall, a good spot for a tasty bite and a cozy atmosphere.”

“Palm Coast is a quaint little coffeehouse & cafe / bakery. Serves breakfast and lunch and with beer and wine selections. The indoor seating is tight but the outdoor seating offers a bit more room. Breakfast was average however the bakery items looked very temping. Servers were stretched, slow, and appeared new to the service industry. We were seated promptly a little before 9am but there was a line when we left.”

“We ordered birthday cupcakes, 3 of each kind listed in Review to celebrate our grandsons 20th birthday, they were amazing and he loved them. We are snowbirds, here for the winter and have been to the bakery several times to also pick up the mini cupcake sampler which was enjoyed by all our guests. The manager was terrific helping me decide on flavors and colors and each time so kind and helpful. We will return next year to indulge in the cupcakes for an extra special treat. “Small cozy, popular.Get there after 0430 and you may have to wait.The food was beyond excellent.Didn't take a photo of the Caesar salad.It was probably the best Caesar salad I have ever had.One might think spaghetti is just spaghetti.Wrong!Again, the best from any restaurant including those in Italy.The atmosphere is quaint and cozy.Perfectly fine for date night or single dining.The staff was extraordinarily friendly from hello to goodbye.This is a definite DO GO!”

“First time Fri, 6/23/23. Got there 11:03 4 cars in lot, 6 guys from auto-shop paying head of me 2 other tables w/2 eating; when I left at 12:06 only 5 tables unoccupied, didn't bother to count cars. The people there knew what I learned that day; Brunswick is lucky to have NICK's Buffet & once is not enough.
