While prices may be on the higher side, the quality is unparalleled. Visitors can expect exceptional quality and a memorable experience. The staff is super sweet and always willing to share their knowledge. Kim's knowledge of the products was amazing, and her beef recipe suggestion was great. The filets are the best, basted with their recommended Banner Butter. Brisket was excellent, smoked, tender, and full of flavor. The place is small, but appropriate for a butcher shop with prepackaged meats and seafood, and a selection of wines and cheese. Good place to get meats and sides to cook for a special occasion.
