If y’all have been sleeping on Cleaver & Cork….wake up! We just made steak I bought from them today, and it was wonderful! Tender and juicy! Got their flavored butter to cook them in also. The staff is super sweet, too. Good place to get meats and sides to cook for a “special occasion” for sure. I wanted to #ShopLocal for our Valentine’s dinner, and was not disappointed. I wanted to snap a picture, but I was too busy eating it 🤪

Everything in the shop is top notch and the guy behind the counter (Mike) was extremely helpful. There’s an assortment of meats that I remember finding on the west coast, and the selection overall is extremely impressive.
I will be returning as much as possible!

Cleaver & Cork, LLC offers outstanding customer service and top-notch meats. The selection is impressive and includes an assortment of meats reminiscent of the west coast. While prices may be on the higher side, the quality is unparalleled. Visitors can expect exceptional quality and a memorable experience. The staff is super sweet and always willing to share their knowledge. The owner is very friendly and professional with knowledge, explaining every different steaks. The filets are the best, basted with their recommended Banner Butter. Brisket was excellent, smoked, tender, and full of flavor. A 1.77lb Wagyu flank steak just melted like butter in your mouth and was so yummy. Wagyu strips and wagyu rib eyes are the best steak ever tasted. The steak bought from them is wonderful, tender and juicy. They also have flavored butter to cook them in. The place is small, but appropriate for a butcher shop with prepackaged meats and seafood, and a selection of wines and cheese. Good place to get meats and sides to cook for a special occasion.
