The staff is super sweet and always willing to share their knowledge. The owner is very friendly and professional with knowledge, explaining every different steaks. The filets are the best, basted with their recommended Banner Butter. Brisket was excellent, smoked, tender, and full of flavor. A 1.77lb Wagyu flank steak just melted like butter in your mouth and was so yummy. Wagyu strips and wagyu rib eyes are the best steak ever tasted. The steak bought from them is wonderful, tender and juicy. They also have flavored butter to cook them in. The place is small, but appropriate for a butcher shop with prepackaged meats and seafood, and a selection of wines and cheese. Good place to get meats and sides to cook for a special occasion.
