The manager (young man) who took our order was not courteous nor friendly. His interactions with the customers was very rigid. He did not greet any customers nor respond to greetings or salutations. Hopefully, he was just having an off night.

It was VERY slow. With all the new ordering it seemed to take way to long. The drink also spit syrup all over my white polo. The seating area needs to be cleaned. From the floor to the ceiling. Chairs are filthy. Furniture was filthy. Glass windows are dirty. Someone who works there need to be able to see the dirt. A bit of effort is needed. I've been in the area for over 40 years. My first and last visit. You need better management. Good luck. You need it.
