Arby's in Snellville

“Great store but the girl at the window was really rude today. I told her what I wanted and she repeated it back to me, when I tried to correct her she yelled at me. That's not great customer service. Also not what I'm use to at this restaurant. She needs to listen to her customers order that way the order will be correct the first time. I've worked in fast food, so I know things get messed up sometimes but you yelling at your customers is not the way it's done.“

“Came here for lunch. Service was great and staff were nice. I ordered the chicken sandwich with curly fries and all the food came out fresh and hot. Inside was clean with plenty of seating. Plenty of parking as well. Newer location so updated style.“
