“The people were super friendly, and not like “this is my job to be friendly” but genuinely nice. There was a girl with long black/blond braids that was super awesome and another girl who has shorter curly hair that was super nice too. Wish I would have gotten their names!!“
“I just wanted to say the food was hot and came out fast. David (The guy who rang me up) Was so extremely polite. So Was the younger girl cleaning the dining room. I believe both of them are probably just employees, but they showed more customer service than any of the supervisors did to me. No manager or supervisor welcome me when I came in or told me to have a great day as I exited. Not that it’s totally required, but it is always appreciated.Thank you, David.“
“I’m writing this review not for bystanders passing by, but for Chick-fil-A themselves to recognize what a great staff member they have. Nathan Hicks is his name. I never seen so much enthusiasm, even in the kindness of all Chick-fil-A employees I’ve encountered. He’s got the type of spirit that needs to be recognized, his kindness radiated before he even reached my window. Especially during the holiday season? My God, managers cherish him!“
