“This 5 star review is my way of saying thanks for caring & I wish you only success in the future! I encountered a problem with the service of my meal during this trying Covid-19 event and all that comes with it, but ALL has been CORRECTED now. Every business can have a hiccup... it is how you make corrections that people will remember and decide to return or not.... Thanks to the owner of this location, Keith.... “Good hot food served fast. Did the drive-through with a couple of rewards and management took over the register I was very accommodating, professional, and friendly, I really appreciate that. I would send a letter to Zaxby’s because she was so genuine, however even at 2:30 in the afternoon on a Wednesday I don’t know her name and I’m having trouble finding it. But this is definitely a good Zaxby’s to give your business too.“

“every time I go to this location they either don't answer the intercom or don't have any chicken.. I live 3 minutes away but will now drive to the location in Loganville because this location simply disappoints eerytime. I can tell or inform what their food is like because I never get to a point where I actually get anything. I went there again today and was met with the worker say I ain't got no chicken. no hello or greeting.then she said it's gonna be 16 min. I had to ask for clarification and was yet again met with attitude unnecessarily. at this stage this location may as well close as they never have any chicken available when folks pull up and the attitudes are just over the top for no reason... KFC = 1 job = chicken = FAIL“

“Juhee should be the best employee! I had an online order conflict and she dealt with it with very empathetic remarks and handled it as if it were her own problem. Very pleasant talks over the phone and very satisfying resolution because she kept digging to get the answer and solve correctly for the customer. For the food? You know bb.q Chicken is the best Korean chicken. My family has been a fan since Korea and now here so we were so excited to have it around. I introduced it to many American friends and they crave this.“

“After months of not dealing with local fast food restaurants, I went to this Chick-fil-A for Veteran's Day. It seemed to be the only place not trying to hustle veterans for Veteran's Day. This was my 2nd or 3rd year going here for Veteran's Day. The customer service is always great here, and the food is always just as good. It should be the model fast food restaurant for this city.“

“The empanadas are very good and the default sauce is pretty good. They used to be overpriced, but prices have adjusted down some which is good to see. Combos do not come with drinks. We only got two sauces with 3 3 piece empanada trios which I'm assuming was just overlooked, but I do know they want to charge if you ask for extra sauces. The chicken itself is expensive for what it is and I probably won't give it a chance. I just can't justify paying the price to try it when good chicken is available all over the place nearby. Service was slow we waited outside for at least 20 minutes for our food.“

“We went through the drive-thru for our mobile order pick up. It was a bit of a wait, but the food was good. Two of the cups, however, had issues. One was leaking, spilling the milkshake. We put it in a bag. Then catastrophe. The other, as you can see, the bottom gave way, spilling and messing up the car. We got some help from staff and the drinks replaced.“
