This was my first time experience at a Freddy's. My thoughts in it are: delicious ice cream, nonexistent customer service.I come inside to order at the counter and the young lady looks at me and says nothing. No greeting, no words at all just a rude look that communicated that my presence was disturbing her. I waited for her to say something, anything. My 1st time here...I ordered the double cheese burger and fries.The burger was very tasty and cooked correctly. The negative was the toothpick sized fries.No seasoning, no real potato flavor and completely unsatisfying if you want French fries!!OVERALL: I would recommend this restaurant, just avoid the fries.

The day I came, they were extremely short staffed to where I believe their DM was assisting. Overall, phenomenal customer service, friendliness and humor made the wait worthwhile. Anytime I'm in the area, I always stop by for good eats. The only drawback is how they charge for custard toppings but overall, a great establishment.Food: 5/5
