“Fresca Trattoria is a gem of a neighborhood restaurant. I have been for dinner on a number of occasions in parties of 2 or 4, albeit never when they are unduly crowded, so I cannot comment on how that situation is handled. The space is open and very attractive. The sound level is quiet and conducive to conversations. The service has always been pleasant, personable, and attentive. I usually start with their house salad which is simply delicious; no other restaurant comes to mind where I rave about the house salad. The focaccia bread is to die for. For a main course I usually select one of their fish preparations, which vary from time to time. This evening I had the swordfish which was unique and delicious. For a reliably great meal in a lovely, quiet atmosphere, this restaurant has delivered on each of my visits.“
