“I went in here with my friends the other day and the customer service was amazing! The lady was super sweet and patient and got us everything we needed. The bread was served right away which was great. The bathrooms are in the very back which they had a little smell to them but thats not the company fault. The food was brought out within 10 minutes. The french fries were delightful! They had the perfect crunch. The pizza, cheesy bread, and stromboli was a little too greasy but overall delicious! Thank you for the amazing experience. There subs are so good I was happy with my Eggplant sub so delicious ? perfect size for a great price and the pizza slices are so delicious and big so get a slice for the kiddos instead of getting a whole pizza you won't be disappointed ?Vegetarian options: They have different salads“
“This is was my second time at Parma for lunch and this place is worth more than 5 stars. The food and atmosphere is great. The service is phenomenal! Especially the bartender who works lunch shift. I believe her name is Ariel. She is a great bartender and made sure I was taken care. Something of I didn’t feel at the other local establishment in the area. Next time I’m in town I’m definitely come back to Parma.“
“The food was delicious and fresh. Ms. Kelly was an amazing server and recommended that I get the egg plant Parmesan. I am 39 weeks pregnant and hope this kick me into labor. My family enjoyed it as well, we even took a picture giving the service a thumbs up. “Their food portion sizes are family style. You can get either a half size that feeds about 1-2 people or a full size that feeds about 3-4 people. The price of the portions are actually pretty good for the amount of food provided. Went for a girls dinner and each of us got a half size of our entree which we all ended up taking home.“

“From the moment I called and got Olivia who took my name and number and reservation for our large party to the end of our dinner at Olive Garden on Buford the experience was wonderful! I reserved for 22 of our family as we had one son visiting and our 4 southern kids and their families got together for dinner. Kudos to Olive Garden for not making us wait on the two that were getting through traffic. Also 2 were sick. We ended up with 20 of us. Our dedicated servers were amazing and attentive. We've tried in the past with our large family to use various places, but most do not accommodate us well. They won't take reservations, make us sit at different tables, or didn't know how to handle us etc. OG consistently has allowed our family to enjoy a living dinner hour together. “The food is terrific! When we were there, it was later in the evening, and the three Gen Z employees, were just sitting around goofing off at one of the tables, which wasn't a really good look. The only one that seemed to do anything was the guy that jumped behind the cash register when we walked in. He was very pleasant and helpful. Given what we saw of the employees out front, I was astounded that the food was so great! The pizza was some of the best I've had in a while, and the meatballs in the spaghetti & meatballs were incredible.“
