I know this Panera Bread Company in Snellville is the absolute worst Panera I have ever been to, so it's my fault because I know better. I went through the drive thru tonight ordered 2 sandwiches . First they tried to give my order to someone else and I said excuse me is that my order? And then both sandwiches were wrong! They can't even make a sandwich right. I'm not ever going back! I warned you.
The service here and drastically declined over the last 3 months or so 😔 I had to have a sandwich remade 3x because it was wrong. The food is made sloppily, no regard for the fact that someone has to eat it, they make excuses and blame it on them no longer being a company store. I used to frequent this location 2-3x a week but I’m extremely disappointed and will probably not go back…ever!
