The Diner At Webb Gin Reviews
We had the worst dining experience tonight I’ve ever had. We sat at 5:30 and some of our table didn’t get their food until 8pm. The food is always delicious but the service is horrific. Our waitress was extremely kind, it was the kitchen that was terrible. The entire place had empty tables waiting on food for over an hour at least. There was no one working the bar. There was no one working the kiosk orders. They told us they ran out of wine glasses so we got served wine in...read full review
Im an African American mother. Went in to pick up my order on Mother’s Day and the manager was so smug and rude and disrespectful I left without getting my order and cried on the way home. I use to enjoy eating here but never again. He was so rude I used profanity. Being the manager does not make you a good human being. The owner should know about what happened. Happy Mother’s Day to all the fantastic Mamas!!!!!!!
Where do I begin? The hostess had to check twice where to seat us. Ordered the French onion soup. I look up at the dish and there's no spoon. Waitress said she would bring one and never came back. The manager did right by us but we won't be returning. We watched the staff working and...read full review

The Diner at Webb Gin offers a large menu filled with delicious food and a newly updated bar area. While there are some changes that could be improved, the service is enjoyable, with attentive servers ensuring that guests are well taken care of. The French toast comes highly recommended, along with the tasty breakfast and smooth coffee. The bar area is a fun spot for happy hour, and the quick service allows for a speedy meal without feeling rushed. Guests have noted that the steak and eggs are particularly good, with the steak being so tender it can be cut with a plastic knife. The interior is much more upscale than other diners, with nice seating, lighting, and a full bar. Cocktails, including the seasonal "Sweater Weather," are excellent. The Mediterranean omelet, diner burger, and pistachio cake have also received praise from customers. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes it a favorite spot for locals.
