I just came home from the drive thru and I had to get on and leave a review. Outstanding customer service! And I haven't had chili like this from Wendy's in a long time. Others make it watery and tasteless. This chili was superb! Thank you!
The three young people were pleasant enough but when you order chili with onions shouldn't they be cut? I understand if they're not going to be small and diced like old times but at least slice them smaller. This was onion rings! They were too entertained and calling each other to the window to see the eyebrow paste I had on my brows I was letting set in before going home and washing it off. LOL!
Chicken sandwich wasn’t cooked at all
After being the only one in line and waiting nearly 10 minutes. Employee also seemed like they were on some sort of substance. Never again. NEVER AGAIN will I eat here.

However, wait times can sometimes be longer, such as an 18-minute wait for a grilled chicken wrap, and quality issues have been noticed, with some fries tasting old and nuggets being hard. The drive-thru may be out of order at times, requiring customers to order inside, where the staff remains polite and busy. Team members appear to have a positive rapport, and hot items like the Cinnabon pull apart add to the experience.
