This Wendy’s location is horrible. We have tried it several times now and it is always awful. We won’t be back. You sit in the drive thru line forever only to get horrible customer service and cold food - if it’s even correct. If there was any kind of competition in Springfield there’s no way this place would stay open.
Cold food, order was wrong and girl at the window never spoke.
At 6:40 on a Sunday, 2 employees were coming out of the back of the restaurant and one employee was going into the front door but when I pulled through the drive-thru, there was a note saying they were closed due to staffing issues. I watched at least 5 cars attempt to come through. It’s sad that the community was so excited about this new business and want to support it, but the inconsistencies and poor service make that impossible.
