Hot Dogs in Statesboro

“The hamburgers are ok kinda over priced the French fries are really good!! The customer service was really good and the atmosphere would have been ok except the music was so loud you couldn't carry on a conversation with the person next to you“

“The burgers here are the only thing that really brings me here. They’re good, especially for something on the side of town. However, the inside of the restaurant lacks anything that makes you want to stay.

Scarlett took my order but halfway through decided to stop taking it and respond to a group text on her phone. I appreciated her attempt to laugh it off with a “sorry I’m just bad at multitasking.” But of course I then had to restate my order. Yes Scarlett, you’re right.

The staff seem distracted and the seating is cramped. Good food, just bad atmosphere.“

“I’m a huge Cookout fan, but the quesadillas have definitely been bland lately and I noticed it’s because they stopped putting the sauce on them. So I pulled up this time and ordered quesadillas with extra sauce fully expecting them to put the sauce on the quesadillas. I got plain quesadillas with a giant bowl of sauce on the side so now I have to open up my quesadillas and put my own sauce on them. Looking for suggestions on how to be more clear in the future.“
