The manager had a super pissy attitude. He even came in lobby yelling at me that this was his store and hed do what he wanted. This was his.store. all because he didnt listen to pur order. He gave the wrong tea drinks. Then made smart remark about it. Never apologized. When got food to table noticed we didnt have all out food. When back and told him abd his actions clearly stated he didnt believe me. Being a senior citizen i didnt deserve this treatment. He began yelling that...
Dark meat chicken was fresh and good. Strips were a bit old tough. Somehow we got 3 coke slaw and one mash potato with gravy. The chicken sandwich was a bit tough. Manager on duty was a bit sharp in response to customer simply asking if their meal came with a drink...kind of weird.
Toya is amazing, best customer service ever! Very enthusiastic and patient with my friend and our indecisiveness. Amazinngggggggggg! She's the best!!! First time experiencing here and she made my whole dayyyy!!!!
