The only thing I didn't like is that when you hand them your bank card they walk away from the window with it instead of immediately swiping your card and handing it back to you then proceed to go check on your food. I've noticed a lot of times this has happened. When they take too long to give back my card I immediately lock it just as soon as I pull away from the window. This happened to me about a year ago. Really good customer service management deserves a raise. Every time I go to this restaurant I notice the care of not only his customers but his staff and the morale in the building is exceptional.

What we ordered: 3pc tenders w/ mashed potatoes & gravy, 3pc spicy tenders w/ beans & rice (b/c they were out of fries), 1 cheesecake (b/c they were out of apple pies).
What we got: 4 tenders, 4 spicy tenders, 2 cheesecakes (I assume because they knew they couldn't give us anything we ordered but chicken).
They were very nice, though.
