After sitting at the window for 10 minutes, waiting on someone to take my order, I finally was able to order an extra long chili cheese coney with extra cheese. They asked what kind of cheese. I answered and confirmed. Get home to eat my food, and this is what I got. A burnt long hotdog with onions, relish, and mustard. Still no cheese, so clearly they have zero craps about what the order I made was, and just made whatever they wanted to make.
this is what I was serviced 1/2/2021, I asked for #2 mayo and tomato only.. it is dark and after taking a bite I felt something was wrong I turn on the light and got sick and afraid for my health
I went back the young lady wasn't nice , never apologize, and was refusing my refund
she took the sandwhich and my drink. back.. which I at the tarts first and was very upset with me for requesting a refund...

I ordered a Dr Pepper float and they rang me up a regular Dr Pepper. So when I let the drive-through person know she was rude about it. She asked for the drink back and gave me back a float but all they did was put ice cream in my drink that already had ice in it instead of making a the float the correct way. So when I got home to start drinking it I realized there was ice in it and it was just the same drink with ice cream added 😒 They had charged me the price of a float...read full review
