Normally I don’t leave reviews but when a manger argues the menu, it’s necessary. I ordered a medium steak and when it came out it was rare. I asked them to cook it more which means the manage brings it out. The manager that brought it out (keslee) she argued that hot red center is a medium and that’s how they do their mediums so I would need to order different next time. The menu clearly states that medium is hot pink. After the third time of them cooking it, it came out chewy and tasted like burnt char, definitely didn’t even eat it. It’s rude for a manager to argue with a customer that this is how they cook their mediums when the menu clearly states otherwise. I will be driving to Pooler from now on.

Me and my son was there for our lunch day after Thanksgiving and our server McKenzie I believe with her name she was absolutely wonderful. The manager made sure everybody was happy with their food. The place was clean. The staff looked clean. They were very customer friendly. I can’t wait to go back.

Worst service I have ever received at a Texas Roadhouse. I didn’t receive all of my food, and when I asked about the waitress said let me check. Comes back out and says we’re out of it sorry. Never offered a discount. Management didn’t care either as I told the manager about it. She said let me check on it, and never returned. They said the “big bosses” were in the building. I’d hate to see the service when they aren’t there if this is how they act while they are there.

I came in here to have dinner and we ordered expensive meals, and the manager specifically came up to my table to introduce herself right in our faces and didn’t go to a single other table and made it feel It feel like she thought we were going to steal then not even halfway through our meal, the waiter brought our check when we didn’t even ask for it yet, and we were still eating. This was terrible service and incredibly rude.
