I was in town for a class reunion and stopped in for take-out with my family. The meat was very good and I was surprised at how good the meat was without the sauce. I didn't care for the barbecue sauce. It had a weird finish and I'm not used to that type of taste. Overall it was an ok experience.

Roger and his team were great during my granddaughter graduation celebration from Georgia Southern University on 5/8/2024.We utilized the banquet roomThe food, beverages and service was AWESOME. I highly recommend that you visit Uncle Shugs.

This place is so good. we got a few things too. i got the bar bbq sandwiched, with mac and cheese, baked beans, and potato salad. i got the sweat bbq sauce on the side to put on top of the sandwich. it was all so good. hit the spot.
