Arby's drive-thru is fast and friendly, with the kitchen making delicious Reuben sandwiches and Beef and Cheddar. While orders might not always be modified correctly, the online deals are great. The dining area could use some attention, but the cashiers are very nice. The food is good, and customers feel relief at not getting sick after eating. Arby's has a 99 rating, a testament to their quality.
The staff is generally friendly and prompt, though the facility could use some maintenance. The ice machine was broken, causing all the sodas to be flat. The napkin dispenser and straw station were also not functioning properly. Customers have had a below-average dining experience, with the flat sodas not complementing the meal well.
Customers who visit this Arby's location sometimes find the drive-thru a bit slow, but the staff is usually nice and efficient. The double roast beef sandwich is a popular choice, though it could be served a bit hotter. Overall, the presentation and taste of the food are satisfactory, and the staff makes an effort to confirm orders correctly.
Despite visiting near closing time, customers have found the team to be friendly and the food hot and fresh. While there may be a wait for the freshly prepared food, customers are satisfied with the experience and consider this one of the better Arby's locations.
