Slowest service ever. All the employees are huddled together on their phones and three cars including mine have been told to pull up and wait for our food. Meanwhile no one is working. Ridiculous. The establishment is never open for dining after 8pm. The drive through lights don’t work so it’s dark and creepy. This is by far the worst zaxbys location I have ever been to. I’ve already been waiting for over 20 minutes for my food
The person taking my order sounded dry as hell, then “is that all” me to death, if you hate your job then quit.

Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings has mixed experiences. The salad was fresh and genuinely tasty, but the egg roll was oily and a bit burnt. The tenders were okay, just a little on the salty side. The coleslaw definitely tasted fresh, with crunchy vegetables and light mayo. Some customers had to wait 20 to 25 minutes for food, and one group that came in later got their food first. The cashier acted like he didn’t want to be there and had cleaning solution sitting on the counter. An employee cut off a customer going to the drink area. However, other staff were pleasant and helpful. Manager Marco was very professional with a very pleasant aura. Another young lady was so sweet and nicely spoken, making sure everything was correct. The dining area is open with plenty of seating, though a trash bin was overflowing. The sweet tea station was empty, but the team filled a cup behind the counter. Overall, some customers may not return without more training, while others had a great experience and will come back.
