If you dine in the tables are dirty andthe AC feels like freezing 🥶 no worted spent your money in that Zaxby's location better go to the location in Jonesboro Rd or Lovejoy .
I ordered lemon pepper chicken not only was tasteless, but it was absent of lemon pepper seasoning. That was a total waste of money. The only thing good about my experience was Quinton at the drive-thru window. Zaxby's, you have to do better
Today in my visit I was very unpleased. The young lady on the drive set today around 4pm was very rude, when I first pulled up to the microphone she didn’t greet me nothing she just said “hold up” she continues to come back on the headset and rush me through my whole order. Once I got to the window I had to wait about 10-15 minutes on a kickin chicken, just for the chicken to not be fresh and the fries to be cold. Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings has mixed experiences. The food includes the Zensation Salad, described as an Asian inspired salad, and the Chicken Finger Plate which comes with 2 side options, fries, toast or coleslaw. The salad was fresh and genuinely tasty, but the egg roll was oily and a bit burnt. The tenders were okay, just a little on the salty side. The coleslaw definitely tasted fresh, with crunchy vegetables and light mayo. Some customers had to wait 20 to 25 minutes for food, and one group that came in later got their food first. The cashier acted like he didn’t want to be there and had cleaning solution sitting on the counter. An employee cut off a customer going to the drink area. However, other staff were pleasant and helpful. Manager Marco was very professional with a very pleasant aura. Another young lady was so sweet and nicely spoken, making sure everything was correct. The dining area is open with plenty of seating, though a trash bin was overflowing. The sweet tea station was empty, but the team filled a cup behind the counter. Overall, some customers may not return without more training, while others had a great experience and will come back.
