“I really don’t like having to rate a place with less than 5 stars, but maybe it was an off day !?
My wife & I had left a morning biometric screening (which required us fasting, so we were hungry) & decided to get CFA.
Our usual experience is to order online & proceed to the facility for pickup, which usually has a “mobile” line. This one didn’t, so there were 2 lines (mixed).
Once we arrived & in the front, we had 2 vehicles go around us (while we waited for our order).
Once we got our order, my wife checked for the sauces &we were gone (trusting our order was correct).
Driving away we realized 1 of our orders was slightly incorrect.
Of course, we ate them anyways !?

“Stockbridge: They were out of okra, cobbler & swirls. Now they are charging 3.9% for paying by card. I won’t be back. Should have just driven the extra mile to Church’s.“

“After reading a couple negative reviews, me and my wife still decided to give it a try. Sadly, these wonderful people gave us nothing to complain. They greeted everyone who walked in nicely and the lady who looked like the manager was very nice to us (also to the ones came after us).“

“The red rooster was a delicious zinger. Lightly fried chicken tenders tossed in tangy buffalo sauce married with a very creamy blue cheese sauce that was addicting to even out the nice flavor. All this resting between two soft croissant buns. Their fried okra was yummy. Good texture outside, minimal sliminess inside.Their salad could use a little bit better lettuce and chopped more finely. The best part of the salad was the crunchies. If only they had been seasoned the salad would be to die for.I would come here again.“

“Many people are quick to drop bad reviews. I had to stop & run tonight to do a review on my visit and experience with Farah. I don’t know if I spelled that right. From the time I walked in the door, she greeted me with a smile. She attentively took my order. She communicated to her teammates. She was extremely upbeat and could tell she enjoyed her work. It was such A refreshing dinner and I’m glad I stopped by. She def deserves a raise for the outstanding service she is providing.“

“On Monday 21 of this month I went to Zaxby’s and had a good experience with a girl that took my order she was soo sweet n nicely spoken she had glasses and I think a eyebrow piercing and she was making sure I had everything before I pulled off just sooo sweet“

“Exceptional service women with beautiful smile and big hair was so genuine and kind. Her name was Ria something just great spirited person and great attitude. Caleb brought out the food. I had an injury and ordered pick up and they were so kind to bring it out for me! Make sure you get the free 8 piece chicken bucket on the app! Food was delicious and hot!“

“First time I have gone to this location. Chicken was hot and fresh. They messed up my order, I ordered all white meat 2 breast and a wing on one order and second order was supposed to be 2 breast. Instead of giving me 2 breast on second order I got 1breast and wing. But I will return to this location in future because best service and chicken was fresh cooked.“
