I usally come here regularly and everything goes as planned but not on 4/3. I show up driving 20 minutes away from home just to have a missing bowl from my order. I called the store multiple times before having to go back out. Nobody answered the phone. When i showed up, management was rude and had an attitude about the slip up. Food was great ! But, when I walked in I was told by the email I received that my food would be placed at the “pick up window” which it was not. I had to ask for my food and was told “no it was sitting on the shelf at the drive through side” which didn’t make sense to me. But, All in all great food and it was very clean in there.

My husband ordered online and mentioned that the pickup area is inconveniently placed by the checkout counter. The food was cold after being picked up on time - as if it had been refrigerated. Still edible but not the best experience.
