I've yet to find a Jersey Mike's that has disappointed me, and this location was no exception. The staff was friendly, my order was made exactly the way I wanted it, and everything tasted fresh.
Since there isn't a Jersey Mike's in my hometown of Albany, I made it a point to eat here twice while I was working in the area.
