“My recent visit to this location was frustrating initially. I ordered online and was given a particular time that my food would be ready. Unfortunately, after waiting for 30+ minutes, the order still wasn’t ready. Ruby, the manager saw my frustration and offered to make things right. She could’ve ignored the situation, but she chose to value my patronage by acknowledging the mishap. That’s true customer service! Beyond that, the food was delicious. Mellow Mushroom is one of the few places that offer a vegan option for pizza in this area. Both it and the vegan pretzels were fantastic. Hot take: the lemonade here is better than Chick-fil-a lemonade!

“We arrived with a large group of K-5th grade young ladies from our church and accompanying adults Saturday shortly before 4pm. Our group was 15 children practicing their manners and 8 adults. Management quickly got our table together and seated us. Disappointingly I witnessed several servers at the beverage station staring and whispering “I’m NOT taking them”. Thankfully we didn’t get those servers, and instead we got D’Sean. He was amazing and handled drink orders, timid little girls learning to place their food orders, and adults. I don’t think we could have asked for a better server to be paired with us and he had such a great attitude through it all, making sure we had boxes at the end, and finalizing the tickets quickly so we could get out the door. “Ah yes, one of the big three smoothie places, Smoothie King, along with the others Tropical Smoothie and Planet Smoothie. This location to me doesn't stand out in particular as nothing special but it probably is a good spot for a quick snack.

Food: Got what was called Peanut Power Plus w/ chocolate, has a nice source of vitamins and energy to get you throughout your day and plus it's chocolate, who doesn't like chocolate ? A 20 oz costs about $7.55, not bad, but not pricey either.

Service: When entering inside, there were just a few customers and the person taking my order didn't feel all that emotional and didn't feel excited to greet me, I wanted to think about what I was gonna get but I felt the need to rush myself but that's just me.

Atmosphere: The atmosphere is nice.. almost too nice, I want to give it 5 stars but only 4 stars for some sense of purpose. Besides that, there are chairs in the lobby for you to sit down and there is a mobile order section, also you get to see how the workers make your order so that's cool, okay byeeeee“
